You can also send a Support Ticket to our support team, but check the Search and FAQ there first as your question is probably answered there.
If you have trouble getting your login, and you've tried the Help Center FAQ, let us know with a new Support Ticket and we'll take care of it as soon as possible. We try to answer all queries within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
How To Receive Our Emails
If you don't get a Support Ticket receipt in a few minutes, make sure you check your spam or junk folders - sometimes it ends up there. If so, be sure to mark it as 'Not Spam' so you can receive our answer emails without any problem.
In the Help Desk you can do an instant test email to ensure you're getting our emails. Look in the FAQ under Emails > How to test you're receiving emails from us.
